My client, an equities investment boutique based in Central London is actively looking for a graduate or school leaver with asset management experience to join their Business Development team in a varied role supporting the production of marketing materials and sales aides. Marketing, Sales Support and Client Services Executive's responsibilities:
Preparation of regular client reports, presentations, sales aides and competitor analyses for the sales team, including working closely with the internal marketing team to produce bespoke marketing materials
Maintenance of consultant databases including eVestment, Mercer GIMD, CAMRAdata and Wiltshire.
Supporting the sales team on the production of bespoke RFPs and RFIs as well as answering DDQs.
Regular maintenance of CRM System, ensuring all meetings are logged and prospect clients are tracked
Client relationship management, responding to queries via phone and email, and welcoming clients when they come into the office
Diary management and general support for up to three sales managers as well as ad hoc responses to other requests as part of a small team
Marketing, Sales Support and Client Services Executive's ideal background:
Up to two years' experience in investment management
Previous experience in operations, client services or marketing support
Enthusiastic, ambitious, motivated but patient individual with a long-term goal of either being in a client-facing sales role or in a marketing production function
Skilled writer, attentive to detail and able to manage data
