The Digital Marketing Specialist takes innovative approaches to lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. This tech-savvy trendsetter has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, always looking for new ways to improve results and increase brand awareness.
Perform daily account management of social media advertising campaigns and of pay-per-click accounts on Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms
Monitor and maintain keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
Perform keyword research for search and display campaigns
Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid advertising, as well as keyword opportunities
Support the generation and creation of new paid digital marketing campaigns, including search, display and social media
Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking and other paid digital campaign initiatives
Keep pace with search engine, PPC and social media advertising industry trends and developments
Monitor and evaluate results and performance across our digital marketing channels
Support the review and analysis of our websites to identify areas that can be improved and optimized in regard to SEO
Support monitoring and administration of web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools and point out key areas of importance in accordance with our goals
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
1-3 years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search (PPC)
1-3 years experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing)
1-3 years experience in social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest)
Experience in search engine optimization (SEO)
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
Experience in optimizing landing pages and consumer funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
Google Ads/Bing certification a plus

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Three years of related experience required. Experience within specialized area strongly preferred. Completion of a Master’s degree in a related field with demonstrated relevant experience may substitute for experience requirement.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.
