The Sanford Organization (TSO) is an accredited Association Management Company in search of a Marketing Director for four trade associations. The Director will have a small marketing staff to manage including a web designer, a design artist, and a videographer. You will work closely with our Public Relations team that will assist in the creation of copy and provide content. Your job will be to drive results through our client's websites, social media platform, podcasts, and an array of tools we currently use to increase membership, advocate for our client, and pull attendance to events.
We are a close knit boutique shop that only serves the clients we want. We work together as a team for all of our clients. What we need to a strong marketing person to help us carry the load as we continue to grow our clients' organization.
This position reports directly to owner/president of TSO.
The Perfect Candidate Will:
1) Develop and Deploy Social Media Strategies that drive traffic
2) Enhance our web platforms to increase our SEO Rankings
3) Can use collateral developed by the team, from brochures to video, to enhance digital rankings and promote our causes.
4) Have a four-year degree in marketing or equivalent.
5) Must have expertise in SEO rankings and social media platforms
5) Can work out of our office in Wauconda, IL.
6) Can work well and lead teams in fast paced environments.
